To ensure that our products stay fresh and up-to-date, we have established this

Your order can be returned or exchanged as long as it is UNUSED, UNTESTED or
UNOPENED within 15 DAYS after delivery. If it is OPENED and USED, no refund, no

How do I return or exchange?
If you want to return or exchange our products, just send us an email at

return or exchange. We will then send you an email acknowledgment. This way, we
will know what and who and can watch for your return in the mail. Anything
returned without emailing us or receiving our acknowledgment will not be
