What is your return and exchange policy?
To ensure that our products stay fresh and up-to-date, we have established this 15/7 rule. To return and exchange, send us an email within 15 DAYS after delivery. Then ship it back to us within 7 DAYS of receiving our acknowledgment.
When can I return or exchange?
Your order can be returned or exchanged as long as it is UNUSED, UNTESTED or UNOPENED within 15 DAYS after delivery. If it is OPENED and USED, no refund, no return back to you and no exchange in this case. Anything after 15 DAYS of delivery will not be considered for refund and exchange. All sales are final after 15 DAYS of delivery. Any returned items will be issued a store credit.
How do I return or exchange?
If you want to return or exchange our products, just send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. We will then send you an email acknowledgment. This way, we will know what and who and can watch for your return in the mail. Anything returned without emailing us or receiving our acknowledgment will not be accepted. In your email, tell us whether you want a refund or exchange. You can also tell us why you are returning, just include a brief description of the problem so that we can improve our service next time.
How do I ship the return or exchange?
Within 7 DAYS of receiving our acknowledgment email, send your unwanted item with USPS. You may want to ask for a a delivery confirmation label which does not cost much in most cases. This way, you can be sure that we receive your item.
Who pays for the returning postage?
Please note that postage for exchanges and returns will not be refunded. If we have sent the wrong item, we will refund your returning postage. In this case, please make sure you let us know what our mistakes are.
How long do I have to wait for the refund or exchange?
We will process your request as soon as we receive your return. You will receive a store credit on any returned items. Exchanges are 7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Orders up to $65.00 may choose flat rate standard shipping for $5.85 or Priority Mail shipping for $7.85.
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance.
Restricted items include:
Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray, shaving cream and deodorant.
Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrance, nail polish and nail polish remover.
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we must do so in compliance with DOT regulations. Therefore, we require ground-only delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders containing DOT-restricted products. Currently, ground transport deliveries are taking 7-14 days.
RxSkinCenter will not authorize shipments of this nature per DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, military, international addresses, or addresses serviced exclusively by air.
