- Apply Green Tea Mask to a thoroughly cleansed skin 1 to 2 times a week for 10 to 20 minutes. Green Tea Mask is also beneficial for upper body area such as the chest and back. There will be a slight tingling and heat sensation when applied that will subside in a few minutes. Remove mask with warm wet gauze and apply the appropriate finishing nutrients.
